Vitamin-Rich Jam Made from Beetroot, Apple, Carrot, and Lemon

Many of you have likely already experienced the healing and healthy benefits of these ingredients. Today, we’re sharing a recipe for excellent jam that’s packed with vitamins and fiber.

Ingredients:

  • 1.1 lbs (500 g) of beetroots
  • 1.1 lbs (500 g) of carrots
  • 1.1 lbs (500 g) of apples
  • 1.1 lbs (500 g) of lemon juice
  • 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of water
  • Sugar to taste (you can adjust the sweetness based on your preference)

Preparation:

  1. Begin by boiling the beetroots, carrots, and apples.
  2. After boiling, blend them together and add 1.1 lbs (500 g) of lemon juice.
  3. In a separate pot, combine sugar and 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of water, and boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the blended fruits and vegetables to the sugar-water mixture.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes, occasionally skimming off any foam that forms.
  6. To check the jam’s density, pour a small amount onto a tray.
  7. Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars, seal them tightly, and turn them upside down.
  8. Allow the jam to cool.

This jam has an amazing taste and can be enjoyed at any time of the year. It’s ideal for pancakes, fritters, or simply spread on a roll with butter.
