Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Puff Pastry: Lay out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Cut each sheet into four equal squares.
Add Fillings: On one half of each square, place a few slices of deli turkey, a sprinkle of cheese, some spinach or lettuce leaves, and diced tomatoes if using. Season with a bit of salt and pepper.
Add Spread: Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or mustard over the filling.
