Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 12 mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped and halved

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
