Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
- Doritos Nacho Cheese flavored, crushed
- 4 flour tortilla wraps
- Shredded lettuce
Instructions:
- In a skillet, crumble and brown the ground beef over medium heat. Cook thoroughly and drain any excess fat.
- Add diced onions and chopped green peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the Taco Seasoning Mix, ensuring that the beef and vegetables are coated with the seasoning.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce until well combined.
- Lay out four large flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spoon a layer of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
- Top with the cooked ground beef mixture, a dollop of sour cream, and crushed Doritos for added crunch.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll them up like you would a burrito, ensuring the fillings are securely enclosed.
- Heat another skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps in the skillet and toast them until they are crispy and golden on both sides.
- Serve the Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps immediately, topped with shredded lettuce or any of your favorite toppings.
