Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 count refrigerated crescent dough sheets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- Sour cream and additional toppings, optional

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the skillet. Stir until the beef is well coated.
- Unroll the crescent dough sheets and separate into triangles.
