Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and jalapeno peppers. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, combine the crushed crackers and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
