- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
For the frosting:
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
