Cream Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 cups peeled and diced potatoes

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
