This no-bake banana icebox cake is a perfect summer dessert. Layers of vanilla wafers, fresh bananas, and whipped cream create a delicious and refreshing treat that’s sure to please everyone.
Ingredients:
- 1 (16-ounce) box vanilla wafers
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, water, and vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- In the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange a layer of vanilla wafers.
- Top with a layer of sliced bananas.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
- Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of vanilla wafers on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled.
