BANANA ICEBOX CAKE

This no-bake banana icebox cake is a perfect summer dessert. Layers of vanilla wafers, fresh bananas, and whipped cream create a delicious and refreshing treat that’s sure to please everyone.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16-ounce) box vanilla wafers
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, water, and vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. In the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange a layer of vanilla wafers.
  4. Top with a layer of sliced bananas.
  5. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
  6. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of vanilla wafers on top.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve chilled.
