Ingredients:
- 1 package phyllo dough, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Place a sheet of phyllo dough in the baking dish and brush it with melted butter.
- Repeat with 7 more sheets of phyllo, brushing each one with melted butter.
- Sprinkle half of the walnut mixture evenly over the top of the phyllo dough.
- Place another sheet of phyllo on top of the walnuts and brush it with melted butter.
- Repeat with 7 more sheets of phyllo, brushing each one with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the remaining walnut mixture over the top of the phyllo dough.

- Using a sharp knife, cut the baklava into diamond shapes.
- Bake the baklava in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In a small saucepan, heat the honey, water, and lemon juice over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer the honey mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the baklava from the oven and immediately pour the hot honey mixture over the top.
- Allow the baklava to cool completely before serving.
